Required Skills:

• Board-certified or eligible in Radiology
• Proficiency in interpreting XR, CT, MRI, US, and NM modalities
• Ability to perform infant BE exams and light IR procedures including biopsies, drainages, lumbar punctures, and arthrograms
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Sub-specialty experience in areas such as IR or pediatric radiology
• Prior experience in a hospital environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Valid state medical license in West Virginia or willingness to obtain
• At least 2 years of post-residency experience in diagnostic radiology
• Prior locum or temporary radiology assignment experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to perform infant BE exams
• Ability to work onsite during designated shift hours (Days, M-F, 8 am - 5 pm)
• Certification in American Board of Radiology
• Must have current malpractice insurance that covers radiology procedures
• Must comply with all hospital, state, and federal regulations; travel and licensure reimbursements available

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $19.50
• Estimated Daily Volume: 90-100 cases per 8-hour shift
• Setting: Onsite hospital environment
• Modalities: XR, CT, MRI, US, NM
• Case Mix: Fluoroscopy, light IR procedures, biopsies, drainages, lumbar punctures, arthrograms
