Physician-Led, Patient-Focused: Pediatric Opportunity at Northwest Permanente
Northwest Permanente is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our dedicated care team at the Longview/Kelso Medical Office. This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage your own pediatric patient panel while delivering high-quality, coordinated ambulatory care within our physician-led, value-based medical group.
Position Highlights
- Join a collaborative team of two experienced Pediatricians.
- Robust onsite support including:
- Mental Health Counselors
- Optometrists
- Dedicated Lactation team
- In-house Pharmacy, imaging services, and full-service lab for integrated care.
- Newborn rounding responsibilities:
- One morning per week
- One weekend per month at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital (Vancouver, WA)
- Note: This role does not include attending deliveries.

- Schedule: 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week)

Current Hiring Incentives
- Relocation allowance: up to $15,000
- Hiring bonus: $25,000

Compensation
- Annual Salary: $215,550 – $244,980
Salary considers skills, qualifications, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to salary, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
