Family Medicine Physician

Bellin Health is excited to announce an opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician to join the esteemed Howard Clinic. This position offers a chance to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional healthcare to the community.

Shift Hours:
Full-Time 1.00 FTE

Practice Details: 

• Full-time practice: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 32 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 days per week
• 2-year compensation guarantee, plus:
• Time off: 200 hours per fiscal year; 264 hours per fiscal year once compensation guarantee expires
• CME stipend of $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off
• Call rotation: 1:4 weeks
• No weekend or holidays, except for on-call
• Up to $12,000 for relocation assistance
