Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our respected team at the Howard Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, team-based environment while making a meaningful impact in a thriving community.
Position Highlights
- Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Minimum of 32 patient-facing hours
- Typically 4 days per week
- Call: 1:35 rotation
- No weekends or holidays (except limited call coverage)
Compensation & Benefits
- 2-year guaranteed compensation
- Paid Time Off:
- 200 hours/year during guarantee
- 264 hours/year after guarantee
- CME:
- $5,000 annual stipend
- 80 hours of CME time
- Relocation assistance up to $12,000
