A Recognized Leader in Using Technology in Healthcare and Physician Accountability for both Quality and Cost-of-Care

Esse Health

Esse Health offers physicians a better way to practice medicine—one built on physician ownership, meaningful influence, strong operational support, and long-term career satisfaction. As a physician-owned and physician-led organization, we create an environment where physicians can focus on patient care, maintain balance, and build rewarding careers within a model designed for their success.

Unlike traditional hospital systems, Esse Health gives physicians the opportunity to shape how care is delivered while benefiting from the tools, infrastructure, and support needed to succeed. The result is a practice model that offers more voice, more balance, and a stronger connection to both patients and peers.

Private Practice, Elevated

Esse Health's hybrid practice model combines the independence of private practice with the support, resources, and collaboration of a large physician-owned group.

  • Physician Ownership & Meaningful Influence
    • Real influence over clinical, operational, and strategic decisions
    • Governance structure that values physician input
  • Autonomy with Support—Not Isolation
    • Clinical decision-making led by physicians, not administrators
    • Centralized infrastructure and operational support designed for success
  • A Sustainable & Supported Workday

    • Reduced administrative burden through technology, population health resources, and centralized services
  • Value-Based Care That Works for Physicians

    • Longitudinal relationships that foster trust and improve outcomes
