We are seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial-minded Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our team as a partner, playing a key role in shaping the future, growth, and direction of our organization.

Practice Details:
- Join a very busy, established, and well-run practice, working alongside an Internal Medicine Physician partner, two Nurse Practitioners, four Medical Assistants, an Office Manager, and additional support staff
- Outpatient only
- Monday-Friday: No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
- Clinic hours:
- Monday - Thursday 8:20a to 4:45p
- Friday 8:20a to 12:00p
- Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work
- Call: phone only, shared with Nurse Practitioners and another Esse Health clinic
- 1:4 weekends, call is triaged first
- 1:5 weeknights, low to no calls typically
- See 16-20 patients per day on average
- Ability to incorporate sub-specialty care
- Provide evidence-based and value-based care
- Medicare Advantage panel management is large focus of practice, with some Fee for Service/Commercial patient care
- Lean Clinical Practice Model: Streamlines patient care, standardizing workflows, optimizing team roles, and using data-driven continuous improvement to reduce wait times, lower costs, and improve quality and patient outcomes
- NextGen EMR
What We Offer:
- Shareholder track
- 3-year guaranteed salary
- No cap on earning potential: Physicians are earning between $350K-$750K
- 4 weeks paid time off, paid holidays, and 5 paid days for CME, with even more flexibility as a shareholder
- Profit sharing: % based on years in practice (not solely with Esse Health)
- 7% for 0-9 years, 11% for 10+ years
- Sign-on, relocation, and CME allowance
- 401k with match

Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)
