The University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UM SRH), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Breast Surgeon to join the Clark Comprehensive Breast Center in Easton, Maryland. Qualifications
- Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required.
- Possesses and maintains current Board Certification or Board eligible within General Surgery required with a focus on breast surgery and a passion for comprehensive, patient centered breast care
- New graduates and experienced surgeons are encouraged to apply
- Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
- Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS-affiliated acute care facility.
- Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
- Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.
Additional information

- Annual Salary: Starting at $446,000, with total compensation potential aligned with experience, training, and MGMA/SullivanCotter benchmarks
- Generous sign-on package, including your choice of:
- $20,000–$25,000 sign-on bonus or
- $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
