Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine

Required Skills:
  • Valid medical license in radiology/nuclear medicine.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.
  • Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic images, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and nuclear medicine studies.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with hybrid imaging modalities such as PET/CT or SPECT/CT.
  • Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and RIS (Radiology Information System).
  • Research experience or participation in clinical studies.
  • Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with specialization in radiology/nuclear medicine.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
  • Relevant fellowship training in Nuclear Medicine or advanced imaging techniques.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to travel as needed for coverage or professional development.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
