Practice Details:

  • Take over a retiring physician's panel in 2026 and join 2 Family Medicine Physician partners, 2 Family Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, an Office Manager and additional supportive staff
  • Outpatient only
  • Clinic is open Monday - Friday: No weekends or nights
  • Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work
  • Call: low volume and phone only, 1:3 weeks
  • See 16-20 patients per day on average
  • Ability to incorporate sub-specialty care
  • Provide evidence-based and value-based care
  • Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs is large focus of practice
    • Fee for Service/Commercial patient care also provided
  • NextGen EMR
