Practice Details:
- Take over a retiring physician's panel in 2026 and join 2 Family Medicine Physician partners, 2 Family Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, an Office Manager and additional supportive staff
- Outpatient only
- Clinic is open Monday - Friday: No weekends or nights
- Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work
- Call: low volume and phone only, 1:3 weeks
- See 16-20 patients per day on average
- Ability to incorporate sub-specialty care
- Provide evidence-based and value-based care
- Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs is large focus of practice
- Fee for Service/Commercial patient care also provided
