Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Join a premier, physician-led cardiovascular team in the rapidly growing community of Lakewood Ranch. We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiologist to provide high-level diagnostic care. This role is ideal for a physician experienced in performing diagnostic cardiac catheterizations while focusing on long-term medical management and non-invasive diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
- Invasive Diagnostics: Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization and hemodynamic assessments in state-of-the-art labs.
- Non-Invasive Imaging: Interpret EKGs, Echocardiograms (including TEE), Nuclear Stress Tests, and Vascular Ultrasounds.
- Clinical Management: Lead outpatient consultations and inpatient rounding for complex conditions including heart failure and arrhythmias.
Requirements
- Fellowship trained in cardiovascular disease.
- Certification: BC/BE in Cardiovascular Disease; eligibility for Florida Medical Licensure.
- Valid medical license in the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure.
- Skills: Proficiency in both diagnostic catheterization and advanced non-invasive modalities (Echo, Nuclear).
- Excellent clinical skills, communication abilities, and time management.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
