Central Kansas Pediatric Clinic is Growing our Team!

The first and only pediatric clinic in our region is seeking a full time Pediatrician to join our practice. Currently served by three board-certified Pediatricians and  two certified NPs, our clinic serves suburban and rural families. We offer a competitive base salary while building your practice with revenue production 50% of collections. Key highlights:

  • Starting salary of $194,000 - $200,000 for first two years as you build your practice with revenue production; 50% of collections after first two years (providers often make production by end of first year).
  • KMSL, OMS, and KBP eligible county

Work Schedule and Responsibilities:

  • 8-5, Mon – Fri., no weekend clinic hours
  • Call coverage is shared 1:4, with nurse triage as first patient contact
  • Easy hospital rounds of newborns either before clinic, during lunch, after clinic or during the day (dependent on if clinic is busy) at adjacent and connected 103-bed medical center.
  • Level II nursery coverages helps keep neonatology skills sharp and provides extra income

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Medicine, MD or DO
  • Completion of Pediatric Residency Program

About KRRC

The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) partners with hospitals, private practices, community health centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and other organizations to help strengthen the health care workforce in rural and urban under resourced communities across the State. KRRC services are designed to assist Kansas communities in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health professionals, and behavioral health professionals. In addition to offering recruitment support for Kansas health care facilities and job search support to a variety of health care providers, the KRRC offers resources for CV/resume building, interview prep, and contract negotiation.  

Currently partnering with 55+ health care organizations, we serve as their initial point of contact and liaison in recruiting those seeking to serve in rural and urban underserved communities.

About our Facility

The first and only pediatric clinic in the region, we have been providing comprehensive pediatric care for more than 30 years. Specialists in pediatric and adolescent medicine, we provide efficient, high-quality service and maintain a friendly, professional environment. We work closely with the local medical center and OBGYNS to provide the seamless care for families. Children are not little adults and deserve to be cared for by providers specially trained in children’s medicine.
