Critical Care Nocturnist - Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ

Banner Health has an excellent opportunity for a Critical Care Nocturnist to join a growing collegial employed group, providing excellent patient care in our co-managed Critical Care Unit at Banner Desert Medical Center.

Qualifications Required:

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in one of the following combinations:

• Internal Medicine/Emergency Medicine AND Critical Care Medicine, OR
• Internal Medicine AND Critical Care/Pulmonary Medicine

Preferred (but not required):

• Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Neurocritical Care

ENLS Certification Required 

What you can expect:

•   Critical Care Opportunity- No Outpatient or Pulmonary
•   12-12-hour shifts per month
•   Night shift 7pm-7am in-house
•   Flexible block scheduling 
•   8-12 Admits per shift
•   Cross cover support provided by eICU team
•   The hospital boasts 48 MICU beds, 20 Trauma/Neuro      ICU beds and 7 CVICU beds
