Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:
- Valid state licensure as a CRNA
- Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (National board certification)
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
- Proficient in providing anesthesia for a broad patient age range and various surgical procedures
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Cerner EMR system
- Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient surgical settings
- Ability to adapt to different hospital protocols and team dynamics
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus but not required
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
- At least 2 years of recent anesthesia practice, preferably in hospital settings covering general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac surgeries
Other Requirements:
- Active license in West Virginia
- Willingness to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
- Flexibility to work 2-3 weeks per month, including occasional weekends
- Must complete credentialing within 60-90 days
- Ability to work in multiple hospital environments within close proximity
This opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $205.14, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, and additional reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses.
