Required Skills:

• Valid state licensure as a CRNA
• Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (National board certification)
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
• Proficient in providing anesthesia for a broad patient age range and various surgical procedures
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Cerner EMR system
• Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient surgical settings
• Ability to adapt to different hospital protocols and team dynamics
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus but not required

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
• At least 2 years of recent anesthesia practice, preferably in hospital settings covering general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac surgeries

Other Requirements:

• Active license in West Virginia
• Willingness to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
• Flexibility to work 2-3 weeks per month, including occasional weekends
• Must complete credentialing within 60-90 days
• Ability to work in multiple hospital environments within close proximity

This opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $205.14, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, and additional reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses.
