AdventHealth Riverview is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our growing surgical team. This is an exceptional opportunity to help build and expand surgical services in a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital serving the rapidly growing South Hillsborough County community.

The ideal candidate will be well-rounded in acute care surgery, a broad range of elective general surgery, and have experience or interest in colorectal procedures. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to whole-person care while enjoying the support and resources of one of the largest faith-based, non-profit health systems in the country.

AdventHealth expanded our medical expertise, innovation, and state-of-the-art technology to southern Hillsborough County through a brand-new hospital, that opened in October 2024, AdventHealth Riverview. This $216 million project in Riverview includes a 209,000 square foot, four-story hospital that provides community members convenient access to emergency care, digestive care, heart care, orthopedic care, women’s care and urological care.
