Practice Overview

• 3 physicians and 6 experienced APPs

• APPs provide first call coverage and inpatient rounding support

• Strong access to GI subspecialty collaboration, including IBD and Motility

• Annual GI census of approximately 2,500 cases

• Inpatient procedures primarily handled by physicians; most floor care managed by APPs

• Office-based pathology lab supporting procedural services

• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) opportunity available

• Affiliated with Memorial Hermann – Cypress and Katy campuses

Schedule & Call

• Office Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Hospital Call: 1:4 (APPs take first call and round)

• Weekend Call: 1:4 (APPs first call)

• Minimal office call

• Required residence within 45 miles of the practice

Clinical Details

• Outpatient volume: 2–4 patients per hour

• In-office procedures not required

• EMR:

  • Outpatient: eClinicalWorks

  • Inpatient: Epic

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation: Starting at $500,000 (production-based model)

• Sign-on bonus: $20,000

• Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

• Fellowship training required

• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
