Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in delivering comprehensive women's health services
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of current obstetric and gynecologic best practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience in OB-GYN
• Active state medical license and DEA certification

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a 7 on, 7 off schedule or similar flexible model
• Availability for ongoing, open-ended assignments
• Commitment to adhering to all safety, licensing, and compliance standards
• Reimbursements for travel, licensure, certification, and related expenses, when applicable
