Chief, Maternal Fetal Medicine

As Chief, you will oversee the educational, clinical, administrative, and quality assurance aspects of the Division, ensuring professional medical services are provided in all areas, including inpatient, emergency department, ambulatory sites, and other affiliate locations. You will have direct patient contact, oversee compliance, set direction, and inspire a clinically unified department oriented to excellence. You will also lead the development of strategic relationships for the hospital, participate in student/resident/staff education, maintain a sound budget, and communicate with passion, purpose, and motivation that leverages individual strengths and brings team goals into focus.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Graduated from an accredited School of Medicine and completed an OB/GYN Residency and MFM fellowship
• Demonstrated experience that includes at least 5 years of clinical practice in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Board Certification in OB/GYN and MFM, along with solid clinical and academic experience
• An active New York State license and DEA
• A recognizable commitment to excellence in all aspects of care delivery and medical leadership
• Proven ability to establish and execute a vision
