Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Pediatric Radiology

Required Skills:
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology
- CAQ certification or eligibility in Pediatric Radiology
- Proven experience in diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine
- Ability to read and interpret all X-rays, ultrasound (US), stat CT, and MRI cases
- Strong attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with pediatric interventional procedures
- Familiarity with hospital-based electronic medical records systems
- Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of a Pediatric Radiology Fellowship
- Board Certified or eligible in Pediatric Radiology (CAQ)
- Prior experience in a hospital setting, ideally at a children’s hospital
Other Requirements:
- Onsite coverage at Children's Hospital of Michigan
- Availability for 1 week of coverage per month, ideally Mon-Sun, but Thurs-Sun accepted
- Shift expectations: Mon-Fri 4 PM-12 AM onsite; call (12 AM-8 AM); Sat/Sun 12 PM-8 PM with call (8 PM-8 AM)
- Case logs submission required with application
- Must hold a clean malpractice record
- Compliance with all licensure and certification requirements
- Willingness to travel and participate in ongoing professional development
