Build a High-Volume GI Practice | Advanced Endoscopy Available

Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center (MRMC) – Mechanicsville, VA

MRMC is expanding GI services and recruiting 4 Gastroenterologists, including 2 Advanced GI proceduralists, to support a growing high volume GI program.

This is a true growth opportunity with immediate volume, strong ED and referral streams, and the ability to build (and take over) an established patient panel.

Practice Details:

  • Patient mix: 80% adult | 20% geriatric
  • Call: 7 days/month (ED call, cross-coverage, RX/refills, general GI coverage)
  • Practice model: Procedural-focused with efficient hospital support

Procedures:

General GI

  • EGD
  • Colonoscopy

Advanced GI (preferred, not required)

  • Diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP
  • Biliary and pancreatic stent placement
  • Stricture management and complex stone removal
  • Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)

Candidate Profile:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist
  • Advanced endoscopy training preferred
  • Interest in service line growth and long-term program development
