The Opportunity

Due to surging demand for Electrophysiology (EP) services across our network, we are seeking a dedicated Electrophysiologist to join our expanding practice.

Position Highlights

  • Strategic Clinical Presence: Primarily based in Decatur and Johns Creek, with additional coverage in Sandy Springs.

  • Clinical Autonomy: Tailor your practice to be 100% Electrophysiology or a blend of EP and General Cardiovascular services based on your clinical interests.

  • Optimized Lab Time: Flexible scheduling with 2–3 days in the lab per week, supported by our office-based lab and affiliated top-tier hospital systems.

  • Exceptional Work-Life Balance:

    • Standard Monday–Friday schedule.

    • Light Weekend Call: 1:15 rotation.

    • Minimal Weeknight Call: Only 3 nights per month.

    • Comprehensive APP support for clinic, hospital rounding, and call duties.

  • Robust Support: A dedicated team of MAs and administrative staff ensures you focus on patient care, not paperwork.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly Competitive Base Salary with tiered production bonuses.

  • Path to Partnership: Transparent partnership track and equity opportunities available.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution.

  • Training: Completion of a US-accredited Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiovascular Fellowship.
