ROLE

• Practice alongside tenured otolaryngologists
• Full-time, general adult practice (some PEDS); no cosmetics
• Ear surgery experience a plus
• Shared practice-only call (1:7)
• No ED Call
• Good work-life balance

PACKAGE

2 Year Shareholder Track

Salary up to $550k for 18 months

Productivity Model (WRVU) Starting month 19

Relocation of $20,000 direct payment

6 weeks PTO 8 weeks starting year 3
