Join a physician led /owned multispecialty group with partner track. Established referral patterns ensure success in year 1.

ROLE

Fulltime- 40% clinic / 60% OR-Procedures

Clinic day = 20 scheduled patients per day

Clinic has procedure room

2-3days in OR or ASC

Average 100-120 procedures per month

Typical GI procedures: EGD, PEG placement, colonoscopy, flex sig,

Some ERCP volume available

7 days of call per month

Each physician takes one week of call at a time

Typical Weekend call- 0-3 consults/procedures per call day

Weekday call 24 hours, starts at 8 am

Salary up to $600k for 18 months

Productivity Model (WRVU) Starting month 19
