- 36 clinical hours plus 4 admin hours per week
- Clinic hours 9 am - 5 pm
- Phone-only call with nurse practitioner first call coverage
- Patient census of 20 - 25 per day
- FQHC with 7 locations in Northern Kentucky
- Board-certified or board-eligible required
