The Opportunity
The System Executive Medical Director, Medicine provides systemwide clinical leadership for the Medicine Service Line across Rochester Regional Health’s multi-hospital enterprise. The role oversees more than 560 physicians and advanced practice providers across eight core medical and subspecialty divisions, two Internal Medicine residency programs, and four fellowship programs, spanning eight hospitals that include academic, community, and rural settings.
This is a highly selective search for a physician leader in Internal Medicine or an Internal Medicine subspecialty—including Pulmonary/Critical Care, Hospital Medicine, Nephrology, Infectious Disease, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Allergy/Immunology/Rheumatology, Dermatology, and related fields with a distinguished record of clinical excellence and demonstrated success in service line or departmental leadership.

Compensation & Benefits
