Carle Health Methodist Hospital, a 345-bed, not-for-profit, multispecialty regional hospital and Level II Trauma Center located in Peoria, Illinois, is seeking Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians forPRN opportunities. Position Details

• Employment: Hospital-employed by Carle Health

• Schedule: PRN, 1-year contract

• Board Eligibility: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (BE within 5 years)

• No leadership or faculty responsibilities—clinical focus only

• No visa sponsorship

• No telemedicine or outpatient responsibilities

• Malpractice coverage with tail provided

Compensation & Benefits

• The general compensation range for this position is $285 - $295/hour, (based on experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and compensation model)

• Retirement plan available for physicians working 500+ hours annually

• Malpractice and tail coverage provided

• No sign-on bonus, relocation, or CME funding for PRN roles

Ideal Candidate

• Emergency Medicine training only (Family Medicine candidates not considered)

• Physicians licensed or eligible for Illinois medical license
