The UMass Memorial Health Care Department of Psychiatry, the largest provider of psychiatric services in Central Massachusetts, is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Associate Medical Director at Community Healthlink (CHL). This leadership opportunity is available due to continued program growth, service expansion, and pending CBHC (Correctional Behavioral Health Certification).

With more than 400 faculty members, the Department of Psychiatry integrates clinical care, research, education, and community partnerships to support recovery from mental illness and addiction.
Community Healthlink (CHL) has a long tradition of delivering high-quality mental health and substance use disorder services across the lifespan. With 1,300 employees serving more than 22,000 individuals annually, CHL is a cornerstone of behavioral health care in the region and a key member organization of UMass Memorial Health.
Position Overview
The Associate Medical Director will provide clinical leadership, supervise psychiatric professionals, and participate in strategic planning, program development, and policy initiatives. Clinical responsibilities may include outpatient and/or inpatient care, with flexibility based on candidate interests and faculty involvement at the UMass Chan Medical School.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to community psychiatry, leadership, and advocacy for underserved populations.
