Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
• Recent patient-facing clinical experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly Meditech
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a low-volume, solo provider setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in outpatient clinic environments
• Additional certifications or specialized training in hematology or oncology
• Capability to collaborate effectively with APP support and multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• 1+ years of post-certification clinical practice in Hematology/Oncology
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR system

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on April 27, 2026
• Commitment to a 12-month contract with flexible scheduling (3-5 days/week, 8 am-5 pm)
• Must support approximately 3 days of coverage per week with low patient volume (~15 patients/day)
• Willingness to travel for licensure, certification, and reimbursements as applicable
