The Division of Rheumatology in the Department of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is seeking an accomplished, dedicated Rheumatologist to join our faculty at the Associate or Full Professor level in the Health Sciences (HS) Clinical or Clinical X series. This full-time (100% effort) position is based at UCSF Health and offers the opportunity to contribute to world-class clinical care, education, and academic excellence.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology (ABIM) 
  • MD or MBBS degree 
  • Demonstrated commitment to education and clinical excellence 
  • Strong Interest in teaching and mentorship 
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative academic medical center

Requirements: 

  • Candidates must hold an MD or MBBS degree. 
  • Candidates must hold a California medical license or be eligible for full, unrestricted licensure by the time of hire. 
  • ABIM certification in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. The minimum base salary range for this position is $161,700 - $344,400. The total negotiated salary for this position will include another component at the time of hire. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
