What You'll Do:

As a Locum Radiologist, you will primarily interpret ER and inpatient imaging, with some outpatient exams as needed. You’ll handle a diverse case mix including XR, CT, MR, US, and Nuc Med, with an emphasis on stroke exams and high-volume reading. Your expertise will help ensure timely diagnosis and quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid medical license to practice radiology in West Virginia
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology
• Proven high-volume reading experience, particularly in ER and inpatient settings
• Proficiency in interpreting diverse imaging modalities including XR, CT, MR, US, and NM
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in neuro, MSK, or Nuc Med case interpretations
• Prior locum or temporary radiology experience
• Familiarity with stroke imaging protocols

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 3 years of radiology experience, with a focus on ER and inpatient cases

• Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet
• Willingness to start on 04/28/2026
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance and compliance standards
• Must include malpractice coverage in compensation package
• Ability to work flexible hours up to 8 hours shifts
