What You’ll Do:

• Interpret a variety of imaging studies including XR, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Fluoroscopy.
• Perform and assist with light interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, drainages, lumbar punctures, and joint injections.
• Manage a case mix that includes ER imaging, neuro, pediatric, mammography, and musculoskeletal cases.
• Contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality patient outcomes.
• Work onsite with flexible hours to fit your schedule, averaging 90-100 cases per shift with a volume of 60-70 wRVUs.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice radiology in Pennsylvania.
• Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities.
• Ability to perform light interventional procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a team environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with pediatric, neuro, or mammography imaging.
• Prior locum or hospital-based radiology experience.
• Familiarity with advanced interventional techniques.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a radiology residency program.
• Previous experience in a hospital or multi-specialty setting.
• At least 2 years of post-training radiology experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to start on or around 04/28/2026.
• Must include malpractice coverage within rate.
• Valid VA or state radiology license (travel and licensing reimbursements applicable).
• Willingness to work onsite at Windber, PA.
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with all medical, licensing, and safety standards.
