Join Our Team as a Locum OB/GYN Physician in Richmond, VA

Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality patient outcomes and supporting our dedicated medical team.
Required Skills:
- Valid and current MD or DO license in Virginia.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Proven experience in OB/GYN practice, including low-risk pregnancies and gynecological procedures.
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills, including fetal monitoring, ultrasound interpretation, and obstetric procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle a busy clinical environment with professionalism and compassion.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with EPIC EMR system.
- Ability to perform complex gynecological surgeries and high-risk obstetrics.
- Familiarity with NICU procedures and Level III nursery care.
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of OB/GYN residency program.
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience.
- Prior experience in hospital and outpatient settings.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on or around March 6, 2026, with coverage through August 31, 2026.
- Able to work both office hours (8 am - 4 pm) and on-call responsibilities 24/7 during scheduled periods.
- Willingness to perform obstetric and gynecological procedures, including deliveries, outpatient exams, and surgeries.
- Knowledge of local healthcare protocols and ability to coordinate with support staff and onsite facilities.
