Position Overview:

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hospitalist to join our collaborative inpatient team at AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares, Florida. This full-time employed position offers a 7 on / 7 off block schedule with 12-hour shifts (days or nights), totaling 182 shifts annually. Physicians enjoy strong specialist support, an excellent team culture, and the opportunity to practice high-quality, mission-driven care.

Schedule & Practice Details:

• 7 days on / 7 days off block schedule
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 182 shifts annually
• Epic EMR (system-wide)
• No procedures required (optional if desired)
• Strong specialty support and collaborative care model

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for or active Florida medical license
