Primary Care Physician – No Call | M-F Schedule | Pompano Beach

Cano Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our growing team in Pompano Beach, FL.

Position Snapshot

• Specialty: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Geriatrics
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care (Medicare Advantage population)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call: None
• Patient Volume: 12–18 patients per day
• Patient Focus: Medicare Advantage / senior population
• Compensation: Competitive base salary + quarterly bonus opportunities
• Incentives: Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
• PTO & CME:
  • 4 weeks PTO
  • 5 days CME + $5,000 allowance

• Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage
• Requirements:
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM, IM, or Geriatrics)
  • Unrestricted Florida license
