COMPENSATION: Making $285,000 + Signing Bonus up to $50k

Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.

Role:

• Compensation: Base $240-$260k based on experience
• Bonus: Up to 10$ of base salary
• Partnership: No Buy-in.
• 18-22 patients a day
• Hours: Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
• Work/Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel 450 patients max
• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or in hospital call
• 100% outpatient
• Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
• Value Based Care

Requirements:

• Residency Trained IM/FM
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
