Schedule: Full-Time | 7 on / 7 off | Night Shift
Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Annual Shifts: 182 shifts per year

Position Overview:

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Nocturnist to join our growing inpatient team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. This is a full-time employed position offering a highly desirable 7 on / 7 off schedule within one of the region’s leading hospitals.

Our hospitalist team is collaborative, well-supported, and committed to delivering whole-person care that reflects AdventHealth’s mission of “Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.”

Practice Highlights:

• Block schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
• 12-hour night shifts: 7 PM – 7 AM
• Epic EMR
• Strong specialist support and collaborative physician culture
• No procedures required; optional if desired
• APP support during night coverage
• Stable, physician-led hospital medicine program

Candidate Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
