Radiology Career Opportunities - Medical Imaging Associates - Mountain West (Idaho Falls, ID)

 

Medical Imaging Associates (MIA), a physician-led and locally governed radiology group, is hiring Board-Certified and Fellowship-Trained Radiologists across multiple subspecialties. Our physicians are among the best in the field, trained at many of the nation's most respected programs, and committed to delivering exceptional care across the Mountain West.  With over 30 radiologists serving Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Utah, MIA offers flexible practice models — on-site, hybrid, or remote — along with competitive compensation, generous benefits, and a clear two-year path to partnership.

Opportunities (reach out to discuss our remote options as well):

  • General Radiologist – Lander/Riverton, Wyoming

    • Comfortable with all aspects of general diagnostic radiology including mammography

    • Basic procedural skills required

    • Mix of on-site work at Sagewest Health Care and remote reads across the region

  • Breast Imaging – Onsite in Pocatello & Idaho Falls, Idaho

    • 60-70% mammography partnership track or 100% mammography employee track

    • Full scope of breast imaging (screening & diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI)

    • Proficiency in image-guided procedures: stereotactic, US, and MRI-guided biopsies

  • Body Radiologist – Pocatello, Idaho

    • Interpret CT, PET/CT, Body MRI, ultrasound, and plain films

    • Perform general radiology and basic image-guided procedures

    • MQSA certification required

  • Interventional Radiologist – Idaho Falls, Idaho

    • Full-scope IR including high-end interventional oncology, PAD, venous/portal interventions

    • Outpatient vein clinic and stroke thrombectomy program

    • Subspecialty interpretations of vascular CTA, MRA, and vascular ultrasound

    • Stroke thrombectomy experience desired

  • Neuroradiologist – Remote or Eastern Idaho

    • Mix of inpatient, outpatient, and trauma neuroradiology studies

    • Includes image-guided procedures

    • Participation in general radiology rotation and occasional mammography

  • Musculoskeletal Radiologist – Eastern Idaho (Pocatello, Blackfoot, Idaho Falls, Rexburg)

    • Advanced MSK imaging interpretation with image-guided procedures

    • Comfortable with general radiology for call coverage

    • MQSA certification preferred
