Mercyhealth System in Rockford Illinois is currently seeking Critical Care/Pulmonary Inpatient and Outpatient Opportunities-Rockford, IL Physicians to join our excellent team of collaborating Physicians throughout the Rockford Illinois Region!
Overview:
26-bed Intensive Care Unit at Javon Bea Hospital – a Level 1 Trauma Center in Rockford, IL. Our ICU sees wide range of patients including neuro, cardiac, and trauma cases. Our ICU is equipped with the latest technology for continuous monitoring, life support, and specialized treatments—giving patients the best possible chance for recovery.

Range Critical Care 470,000
EPIC EMR (Meditech in Freeport)
Vast multi-specialty referral sources

Departmental Scope:
Work 2184 hours, Hybrid model working 7 on 7 off alternating days and nights 12-hour shifts (7a-7p inhouse and 7p-7a inhouse/tele). Includes holidays and weekends

Opportunity to add on Pulmonology clinics at Rockford or Freeport

Qualifications:
MD/DO board certified/board eligible
Residency training from an ACGME-accredited family medicine program
The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team
Skilled at providing exceptional care for all ages
Salary Range: $575,000–$750,000
Retention and/or sign-on bonus
