We’re adding an Emergency Medicine Physician to our team at Petaluma Valley Hospital in Petaluma, California.

Practice Highlights:
- Up to $100K sign-on bonus
- J1 visa sponsorship available
- W2 or 1099 employment options
- ED Volume: 20,000
- Two 12-hour Physician shifts with APP support
- Full-service Emergency Department with broad acuity
- Helipad with access to higher-acuity transfer
- EMR: Epic with Dragon
What your practice will look like:
You’ll work in a well-supported Emergency Department with a manageable patient volume and a collaborative staffing model. The structure supports efficient workflows and autonomy, while access to transfer pathways ensures appropriate care for higher-acuity patients.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated employed W-2 compensation: $167/hour
- Estimated 1099 compensation: $210/hour to $230/hour

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
