About AHN Hempfield Neighborhood Hospital

• ED Volume: 19,000
• ED Beds: 10
• Staffing Model: 24 hours of single physician coverage per day with 12-hour shifts, 8 hours of APP coverage daily
• EMR: Epic with Abridge AI for ambient generative AI documentation
• State-of-the-art, newly constructed 24,000 sq. ft. fully-equipped emergency department
• Staffed by emergency medicine board-certified physicians and appropriate support staff
• Fully licensed hospital offering emergency, primary and specialty care
• Lab services and diagnostic radiology including CT and ultrasound will be available on site
• Limited specialty care for inpatients
• Easy access and established transfer protocols to all Allegheny Health Network facilities for a full continuum of care via the AHN Transfer Center
