We are hiring Primary Care Providers / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine in the San Francisco Bay Area

Compensation & Benefits 

Compensation is aligned with MGMA standards and designed to be competitive in the Bay Area while supporting a sustainable, patient-centered practice model.  Foundation salaries use MGMA percentiles rather than the fixed faculty structure. centered practice model.  

• Generous Base Salary 

• RVU incentives available across all Foundation roles  

• Retirement: 10% nonelective employer contribution  

• 26 PTO days + 14 paid holidays

The minimum base salary range for this position is $290,000.00 - $360,000.00
