PM&R Physician – Interventional Spine | Private Practice with Opportunity for Partnership

Physician-led multi-specialty private practice group in Appleton, WI seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible PM&R physician with a strong interventional spine focus. This is a full-time W-2 employed position with a clear future opportunity for partnership including ancillary revenue streams such as ambulatory surgery center (ASC), imaging, and physical therapy (PT) for the right candidate.

The role offers a procedure-forward, spine-heavy practice with consistent volume, efficient clinic operations, and strong clinical support—allowing physicians to focus on high-quality interventional spine care.

Position Highlights:

• High-volume interventional spine procedures, including fluoroscopic ESIs, facet injections, RFA, SI joint injections, and related procedures
• EMG/NCS preferred

Qualifications:
• MD or DO; BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
