About Anesthesia Specialists of Bethlehem

Anesthesia Specialists of Bethlehem is a long-standing, physician-led private practice consisting of approximately 84 physicians and 180 CRNAs, serving a rapidly expanding healthcare system within the
St. Luke’s University Health Network.

Due to continued growth, ASB is actively recruiting full-time, partnership-track anesthesiologists.

Physicians are deeply engaged in perioperative leadership and quality initiatives, including:

• ERAS protocols

• Surgical optimization programs

• Physician-led leadership roles across the network

Compensation & Partnership Highlights

• Average total compensation: ~$645,000 per year

• $500,000+ base salary

• $80,000 additional, optional call compensation

• $70,000 annual 401(k) contribution

• $100,000 sign-on bonus

• $10,000 relocation assistance

• Licensing reimbursement, vehicle and cellphone stipends

• 8 weeks of vacation

• Partnership after two years with a modest $2,500 buy-in
