Compensation & Benefits:

• First year salary guarantee of $294,299 
• After guarantee period: Productivity-based compensation + panel management bonuses + up to 10% extra in value measures.
• Washington state has no personal income tax.

• Up to $100,000.00 in Educational Loan Reimbursement for those who qualify.
