Who we are

We have been referred to as the ‘Rising Star’ in medicine and we are still on the move. You will be part of a highly skilled and professional team serving this community. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we meet a high standard of healthcare, and we are a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. This means you are part of a team that provides a much higher standard of quality care to our patients who often would not find healthcare anywhere else. We serve people of all ages whether they are insured or uninsured.

Our community

This community offers those who live here the best of both worlds - big city conveniences blended with the benefits of a comfortable community filled with a prosperous atmosphere. There is the vibrancy of a city determined to thrive and progress, yet without the big city problems of air pollution, rampant crime, traffic jams and socioeconomic battles. Residents enjoy their central location just a few hours from the Rockies, Ozarks, and the metropolitan areas of Kansas City, Denver, and Dallas. The area enjoys an active cultural arts and entertainment scene as well as outdoor recreational activities that include some of the best hunting anywhere in the country. There are quality golf courses that have held National Tournaments. Family activities include a water park, skateboard park, zoo, museums, and local theatre. Quality educational systems (both public and parochial) and also a local community college.
