Position Highlights: 

• Ideal Practice Setting: Rotation of one week CMO and one week Hospitalist 
• Work-Life Balance: 2-3 hours to get through rounding on Hospitalist patients, 6 patients per day, and do not have to stay on site once rounding is complete
• Strong Support: Current CMO will help with transition to ensure comfortability. Wonderful executive leadership with an open-door policy and values collaboration
• High Autonomy: Autonomy to perform CMO duties

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $413k-$439k Annually 
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000 relocation assistance
• Full Benefits Package: Including health, dental, and 401k
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $400k through state and federal programs  

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licensure: California license or ability to obtain California license
• Skillset:  Leadership experience a big plus and Hospitalist experience
• Experience:  All experience will be considered
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is available
