Director of Emergency Medicine

Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance: Two (24-hr) shifts per week in the ED and light admin role dealing mainly with scheduling and physician issues

• Manageable Patient Volume: Avg. 12 patients per shift
• Strong Support: Strong support from executive team and CMO
• Practice Setting: 6-bed critical access hospital with just over 4k annual volume 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Annual compensation up to $427,000 (working 2 ED shifts per week and Director duties)
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000 relocation assistance

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licensure: California licensed or ability to obtain California license
• Skillset:  Emergency Medicine
• Experience:  All experience will be considered
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available
