The anesthesiology department handles the full scope of complex cases across a vast range of specialties, including cardiac, transplant, obstetrics and gynecology (including high risk), pediatrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, thoracic, spine, oncology, and much more! Our group offers opportunity for both early career and tenured physicians. We have a full offering of academic conferences, journal clubs, POCUS lectures, and weekly Grand Rounds. TGH is home to the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, as well as an anesthesiology residency training program accredited for 12 residents per class.
