UCHealth Medical Group is actively seeking a full-time, Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Anesthesiologist to join a highly collaborative and expanding anesthesia team. Position Overview:
As a General Anesthesiologist, you will become an integral part of a dedicated team of over 50 employed anesthesiologists working across diverse clinical settings, including Level I and Level III Trauma Centers and outpatient surgical facilities. You will provide comprehensive anesthetic care for a broad spectrum of cases, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in both inpatient and outpatient environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver anesthesia services across various surgical specialties including trauma, obstetrics, spine, general, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, ENT, gynecology, urology, and gastrointestinal procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Engage in a manageable and equitable call rotation designed to promote work-life balance.
• Maintain and enhance procedural and clinical skills across high-acuity and diverse case types.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development initiatives with experienced colleagues; leadership and teaching roles are optional.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Anesthesiology.
• Current DEA registration.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Eligible to support VMS certification requirements.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work across multiple facility settings, including trauma centers and outpatient surgical centers.
• Ability to maintain and expand skills in a high-acuity, diverse case environment.
• Note: Candidates for this position must not be seeking locum or locum-to-perm opportunities; visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual base salary ranging from $469,000 to $520,000, complemented by a $20,000 starting bonus.
• Additional income potential through extra shifts and a Quality Incentive Bonus of up to $30,000 per year.
• Hourly pay rate of $19.50.
