Required Skills:

• Proven surgical experience in urology
• Ability to handle high-acuity cases independently
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage call duties efficiently and professionally

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a locum or emergency coverage setting
• Familiarity with hospital-based urology procedures
• Bilingual abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Minimum of 2 years clinical urology practice
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in Washington State

Other Requirements:

• Must be available for 1 week per month, with possible additional shifts
• Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts, potentially multiple in a row
• Callback averaging 4-5 hours daily, variable based on case volume
• Ability to provide surgical and clinical urology services
• Travel reimbursement and licensure support provided where applicable
• Certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) preferred but not required
