Urology Physician

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive urological diagnosis, treatment, and management in a clinical and surgical setting.
- Perform procedures in the clinic and operating room, with flexibility for days and hours to accommodate patient needs.
- Participate in outreach programs, including occasional visits to Wisconsin Rapids, to extend care to underserved communities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
- Proven expertise in urological procedures and patient management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in outpatient clinic workflows and surgical suites.
- Familiarity with Wisconsin healthcare regulations and outpatient outreach.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Urology.
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience in Urology preferred.
- Current Board Certification or Board Eligibility.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in a flexible schedule including occasional weekends and outreach.
- Will maintain all necessary state and federal licensure, certifications, and credentials.
- Travel reimbursement may be provided for outreach days.
