Urology Specialist

Required Skills:

• Valid Urology license and board certification or eligibility
• Proven expertise in urological procedures and clinical management
• Ability to provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and weekdays as needed
• Comfortable working independently during call hours with APP backup support

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in minimally invasive urological procedures
• Familiarity with hospital-based outpatient and inpatient settings
• Prior experience in a similar locum or coverage role
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree with specialization in Urology
• Minimum of 2 years post-training clinical experience in Urology
• Current state medical license without restrictions
• Proven track record of managing both clinic and surgical case loads effectively

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 10-12 days per month, including weekends
• Willingness to participate in 24-hour call shifts (0700–0700)
• Competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00
• Must comply with all licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing requirements
• Travel, licensure, certification, and related expenses reimbursed where applicable
