Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed annual base salary with RVU-based production incentive
• Sign-On Bonus: $80,000
• Relocation Bonus: $12,000
• Resident Stipend: $20,000 per year
• CME Allowance: $5,000 & 2 weeks off

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  DO or MD
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Licensure: Active state license or the ability to obtain one
• Visa Sponsorship: J1 Visa only
