• Ideal Practice Setting: Protected weekly OR block every Friday at local hospital
• Strong Support: Three medical assistants + two RNs supporting just two ENTs
• Choose Your Focus: Bread-and-butter ENT or head & neck specialty

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Up to $552,000 first year total comp
• Sign-On Bonus: $80,000
• Relocation Bonus: $12,000
• Resident Stipend: $20,000 per year
• CME Allowance: $5,000 & 2 weeks off
• Paid Time Off: 6 weeks PTO

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  DO or MD
• Certification: Board eligible or certified
• Licensure: Active IL license or the ability to obtain one
• Work Ethic: Desire to come in and really serve this community and have a full schedule
• Visa Sponsorship: J1 Visa only
